Experienced Construction Lead

Are you a skilled and dependable leader in the construction industry? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Lead to oversee job sites, guide crews, and ensure top-quality results. Our team specializes in deck building, interior & exterior painting, leak detection, siding, remodeling, and waterproofing, and we need a strong leader to help keep our projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to coordinate and manage day-to-day job site operations
✅ Hands-on experience in construction trades, with a high level of craftsmanship
✅ Excellent communication skills for working with crews and clients
✅ Ability to read blueprints and ensure work meets specifications
✅ Experience with material handling, job site safety, and efficiency
✅ Knowledge of job site documentation and reporting
